You can cancel your order for free before the vendor starts preparing it.
If the vendor has already started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible.
To cancel, go to your order in the app and tap "Cancel Order".
You are eligible for a refund if: your order was not delivered, the wrong items were delivered, items were damaged or spoiled, or there was a significant delay beyond the estimated delivery time.
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the order delivery time.
Submit a refund request through the app or contact support@delivero.pk.
Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are credited to your Delivero wallet.
Change of mind after the order has been prepared.
Incorrect address provided by the customer.
Customer was not available to receive the delivery.
Minor deviations in product appearance from photos.
