Payment is due at the time of order. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders.

Vendors are independent businesses and are responsible for the quality and safety of their products.
Delivero provides the technology platform and delivery logistics.
Vendors agree to maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and availability.
Delivero charges a commission on orders processed through the platform.
Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary based on demand, weather, and traffic.
Delivery riders are independent contractors and must follow safety and service standards.
You must provide accurate delivery address and be available to receive your order.
Orders can be cancelled before the vendor begins preparation.
Refunds for order issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
